Family always comes first

For a long time, I believed that being a devoted partner, parent, or caregiver meant constantly putting myself last. I thought that hustling harder — for my family, my team, my business — was what success looked like.

But eventually, I realized that sacrificing myself wasn’t serving anyone, least of all the people I love. Burnout doesn’t build legacy. Disconnection doesn’t create impact.

So I made a different choice.
